Stocker
This is a part-time, less than 35-hours-per-week position responsible for unloading deliveries, stocking shelves, rotating products, and maintaining a clean, organized sales floor. Stockers will be available to work during all operating hours, including evenings and weekends. This position will earn $7.50 hourly, paid on a bi-weekly basis. No additional benefits are offered.

Able to lift moderate weights and stand for extended periods.
Friendly and respectful toward coworkers and customers.

Operations Management
Unload deliveries and stock shelves accurately and efficiently.
Rotate products to maintain freshness and quality.
Check for damaged, expired, or misplaced items and remove them promptly.
Keep aisles, shelves, and backroom storage areas clean, organized, and safe.
Assist with setting up product displays and signage to ensure clear presentation and pricing.
Operate equipment such as carts and pallet jacks safely and responsibly if trained.
Customer & Community Relations
Greet customers warmly and assist in locating products when needed.
Provide friendly, helpful service that reflects genuine hometown hospitality.
Direct customer questions to the Grocery Manager or Cashiers as appropriate.
Take pride in maintaining a store environment that feels welcoming, clean, and community centered.
Financial & Administrative Responsibilities
Handle products carefully to reduce waste and loss.
Accurately follow restocking lists and inventory procedures.
Report low stock levels, damaged items, or supply needs to the Grocery Manager.
Employee Development
Participate in on-the-job training to learn stocking procedures, product rotation, and customer service expectations.
Follow instructions carefully and seek feedback to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Demonstrate dependability, attention to detail, and pride in helping the store operate smoothly.
